From your hotel in Sorrento, your private driver will take you to a panoramic farmhouse where the English-speaking hostess welcomes you and takes you on a walking tour of their garden planted with typical Mediterranean vegetation, in the garden you collect vegetable products of season to take them with you to use in the cooking class.
Head to the kitchen area, put on your hat and apron and your English-speaking chef will explain you step by step the local recipes on the menu that you will be cook with his continuos assistance, from handmade pasta to main course to dessert.
In your private cooking class, you will prepare a 4-course menu (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), with traditional recipes from the Amalfi Coast.
