Private cooking experience with your personal chef in the hills of the Amalfi Coast to immerse yourself in the preparation of a 4-course menu based on local recipes and characterized by the use of fresh and seasonal products.
Upon your arrival at the panoramic farm holiday, the English-speaking landlady welcomes you and accompanies you on a walking tour of their vegetable garden planted with typical Mediterranean vegetation, in the garden you pick up the seasonal products to take with you for the cooking lesson. Based on these vegetables, you will prepare the recipes of the menu of the day together your chef.
Put on your hat and apron and your English-speaking chef will explain the local recipes, the handmade pasta and the main course, step by step to prepare the menu.
In your private cooking class, you will prepare a 4-course menu (appetizer, first, second and dessert), with traditional recipes.
The course is followed by a 4-course menu fruit of your efforts, accompanied by mineral water, local wines and liqueurs from the farm.
