A great way to learn how to cook a traditional menu of the Amalfi Coast based on local recipes and characterized by the use of fresh and seasonal products with your personal chef in a private cooking class in Positano Coast.
Upon your arrival at the panoramic farmhouse in the hills of Positano, the English-speaking landlady welcomes you and takes you on a walking tour of their vegetable garden planted with typical Mediterranean vegetation, in the garden you pick up the seasonal products to take with you for the cooking course. Based on these vegetables, you will prepare the recipes of the menu of the day together with your chef.
Put on your hat and apron and your English-speaking chef will explain local recipes, from handmade pasta to main course, step by step to prepare the full menu.
In your private hands-on cooking class, you will prepare a 4-course menu (appetizer, first, second and dessert), with traditional recipes.
The course is followed by a 4-course menu fruit of your efforts, accompanied by mineral water, local wines and liqueurs from the farm.
Your culinary experience around the flavors and aromas of the Amalfi Coast will be complemented by a fresh mozzarella demonstration and a taste of mozzarella freshly made for you.
