You will walk the narrow streets and canals lined with pastel colored houses, passing the ancient fishermen's market enjoying the breathtaking view of the lagoon and admiring the local ladies who sew lace following a centuries-old tradition of making lace.
Torcello is the northernmost island of the Venetian lagoon and immediately gives visitors an atmosphere of other times.
